Sasuke has no friend.....

That is because he usually tries to kill or reject everyone (after they are no longer useful) who cares for him.

Naruto is the only one who run after him, why do he still care about Sasuke more then Hinata, and his friends? That makes Naruto stupid

Naruto was chasing Sasuke as he was the only one who is going down the wrong path, his other friends are not joining Akatusuki, attacking Kages, trying to do a high profile kidnap etc. So he is not much worried about them.
