I thought sasuke had a contract with the hawk's, I thought he was done with snakes after oro and he mad that speech "We are no longer hebi, we shed our skin, today we are taka" something like that and beat danzo. So how does he now have a contract with snakes again??? Is this plot no jutsu, or did kishi troll and just flipped the script for the sannin thing?

At the beginning of the manga you see him riding a hawk and later he has a snake, so I guess it implied he would progress from hawk to snake but without Orochimaru's influence.

sasuke never has a contract with hawks,i say it was more like madara-kyubi thing.what if it was just a onetime summon and be a sharingan controlled summon,he may have stole somewhere? atleast I will believe that.
and if it doesn't what's wrong in having 2 summons? manga never said that u can't have two summons

One person can have more than one contract. He summoned snake because they needed something that can slip through the enemy lines and mow down the juubi clones. Also this shows Sasuke's personality development, he put aside his ego to help the alliance and he also now acknowledge naruto and sakura. Above all that, it's a nod to the sannin.

He just changed the name of his team. Just because the name of his team was changed doesn't magically erase the contract he made with the Snakes. Remember that once a contract is made, it's possible for you to summon any Snake from Ryūchi Cave. Atleast that's how the Toad one works.

Perhaps the Snakes is his main summoning type, like Naruto has his Toads and Sakura her slugs. But Sasuke has a unique summon aswell like his Hawk, just like Gai's Turtle.

NO one ever mentioned that there is no possibulity of having 2 summoning contracts so it is possible,,,,,,,comeon guys even Sakura is able to use a Summouning y dnt v let Sasuke endup with 2 summons..........
