There is no doubt that Sasuke is one of the fastest characters in the manga and can easily be placed in the top three of speedsters, but before I get to that I would like to display the awesomeness of Sasuke's speed feats.
Sasuke's speed has been one of his most enlightening assets, especially since the beginning of Shippuden.
When Sasuke first encountered his old teammates Naruto and Sakura, he showcased incredible Shunshin feats that even Yamato was surprised at. Naruto got blitzed in the blink of an eye and Sakura completely missed his position. Here you will see the distance from Sasuke and Naruto. Naruto and the others are quite small compared to Sasuke.
Here you will notice that Sasuke has appeared in front of Naruto in almost an instant.
Yamato knew that Sasuke had moved, but he couldn't do anything to stop him. His movements were simply too slow to handle.
In this scan, you will get a view of Sasuke blitzing a CS2 user in the blink of an eye. Take note of the number of slashes on his body (shelke brought that to my attention) and the amount of time it took to deliver those slashes given the distance away.
Later on, when Sasuke arrived to take Jugo, he soon shown blitzing Suigetsu and Jugo easily. Even thought the distance wasn't that large, it was immediate.
Later, with his encounter with Deidara, he was shown to speedblitz someone with a speed of 4.5 in the databook.
Even thought Deidara dodged him, Deidara still acknowledged his fine speed. Later on in that fight, he was able to showcase even more speed feats by appearing behind Deidara.
He showed here that he can dodge an explosive from close range.
Later on, against Itachi, Sasuke showed more impressive speed. He speedblitzed a crow clone.
Sasuke later in showcased to stop Itachi's hand seal movements. Even Zetsu complimented on this
Many people believe that his match with Killer Bee made you believe that he was not on his level. That is your own fallacy. What most of you must understand is that Sasuke was still not at 100% after his fight with Itachi.
Sasuke never had problems keeping up with Bee.
Sasuke had no problem keeping up with Bee's linear fashion. Sasuke only got hit because he was fooled into believing that he was trapped in a Genjutsu.
Later on, Sasuke was shown to respond to Mifune's sword strike.
Sasuke soon awakens his EMS and shows even more Shunshin feats here.
Sasuke later on, when fighting in the war protects Sakura from the Juubi clone before KCM Naruto does.
He was later able to counterattack Juubito's attack that was about to hit Nardo.
Look at the distance that Sasuke was from Naruto and Juubito. It was clearly large.
Sasuke is now fighting with BM Nardo and even keeping up with Juubito's speed. You can see his eyes follow Juubito's movements.
Later on, Madara explains that Sasuke's eyes are special and that he moves well.
Here, Sasuke showed to catch up to Madara and even slice him in two.
Sasuke's speed in the databooks show a 4.5.
In conclusion- Sasuke's speed has been his greatest asset. If he is to be acknowledged then he should be acknowledged for his Speed.
