Chibaku tenseis have always required the black orb as a core, sasuke just used them as a medium for his chakra instead.

If the Bijuu were marked when Kaguya was, then Hagoromo using Chibaku Tensei to seal Kaguya would have also sealed the Bijuu who had the same mark.

Nope sasuke claps his hands and he makes core less chibaku Tensei orbs. Anything else is fanfictious conjecture.

How did anyone agree? The Bijuu's aren't part of the seal. Kaguya and the Gedo Mazou were sealed. The Bijuu's freed. Any link to the seal was gone after that. Sasuke's coreless Chibaku Tensei is real. It's just a testament to how he has the strongest Rin'negan in the manga.
