Great idea but he needs Senju DNA to perform Tsukuyomi.

I actually think that the Senju DNA is only needed to make the Jutsu last longer. But that is pure speculation & Narutopedia talking.

I doubt you would need the Senju DNA to use it, otherwise how would they have known it was a Kinjutsu in the first place? You can't expect a bunch of Uchiha to just transplant the Senju cells into themselves and suddenly create a Genjutsu which alters reality only under the circumstance that they transplant Senju cells into their body.

In danzo fight he learn how inzanagi work .Sasuke knew izanagi before the battle occur,that why he was able to stop his izangi by spamming ms skills.
Overall sasuke have a full knowledge of how it work.Since he a genius he will manipulate it into his own arsenal

Yeah you would need senju dna for izanagi but here is the twist, as an uchiha, you are born with senju dna and that´s all you need really IMO.

Why do you think uchihas have powerful bodies? Not like senju or so6p but they have a strong body that can adapt, kakashis body couldn´t handle sharingan but danzo could handle 11 all because he had senju dna, why do you think that sasuke has great amounts of chakra?
He summoned Manda while being exhausted.

As the uchiha and senju come ultimately come from the same place(so6p) you would think that they have a piece of each other.

They only seem to tilt more towards the majority of their heritage but they do have the same potential IMO, the potential to reach so6p.

Izanagi doesn't need Senju DNA. Danzo only injected some of the First cells in him to help him control all of the sharingan he had in his right arm. Same thing goes for Rinnegan. Senju cells aren't needed.

Senju DNA helps him build strength and chakra so he can control the amount of sharingan in his right arm since he is not a full blood uchiha. Everyone wants that DNA just because it builds their strengths. This we know.

Tsukuyomi happens in the mind and controls time/space there while Izanagi can destroy the boundaries between imagination and reality.

So Sasuke could first use Tsukuyomi and then use Izanagi which would make that reality, get it?

Sasuke has not used Izanagi,thus he does not have Izanagi. I will change my answer if Sasuke uses it.

Nor does the fact that he saw it in action,mean he can now use it.

Just because you know of a move,doesn't mean you know how to use it.

no he didn't know before, he made a lucky guess of how it works and when danzo fell for it he learned what was the technique about. he has no idea how it's done.

One, it says you need "the powers of both Senju and Uchiha". What do you get from that with a man who has multiple Sharingans and a freaking tree growing out of his arm? And Sasuke only learned how long it lasted, not how it works. There is a big difference between the two. Frankly, if I was Sasuke, I would forget about Izanagi. There really is no need unless you're about to die or something.

Izanagi can only be used by those with the genetic traits of the Sage of the Six Paths. The Uchiha, descended from the Sage, are able to perform Izanagi with their Sharingan.
