dont use those kind of filters to make a second version, text doesnt suit it and its also hard to read...

go look at some tutorials and the standard size for sigs is 400X150

there is NO standard size for Signatures, but yeah, I personally don't like that size.

and that sig is good in no ways. Go follow step by step tutorials and then start creating your own original signatures.

You have something there, It just didn't come together nicely. Try using the tutorials on this site and maybe go out on the internet to hone your skills. Also make your signatures a little bit smaller like this fine specimen below me
