Sasuke should've unlocked the Rinnegan when he was 12

As you guys already know, in order to unlock the Rinnegan, you need to be an Ashura/Indra transmigrant, and you need to get the DNA/Chakra of the other transmigrant into your body.

Madara got some of Hashi's DNA/Steroids by inserting some of his flesh (LOL) into his wound...

But Sasuke already got some of Naruto's DNA inside his body when they kissed...(saliva)

Why didn't he awaken the rinnegan then? xD

Why Sasuke didnt unlock the MANGEKYO SHARINGAN when Itachi killed not just his family but the whole clan??? I mean wtf? U can unlock sharingan when someone u loves dies in front of your eyes.For example - Itachi when Shisui died, Obito when Rin died and etc.
And if u say "it should be the one who you loved the most" No i dont think so.
For example ; yes Shisui is Itachi's best friend but he loved more SASUKE, and thats why he couldnt kill him.
Also Sasuke at the time already HATED Itachi cuz he killed their parents, so in the logical way Sasuke at that time loved his mom and dad the most.. PLOT HOLE?

Mangekyo Sharingan activates when you forcefully try to kill the one closest to you. Sasuke activated the first tomoe because of the situation he was put in, nothing more.

Itachi wasn't forced to kill Shisui, Obito wasn't forced to kill Rin.
The Mangekyou activates when someone you love dies, that's the only requirement.

The sage gave Sasuke his yin chakra, so no yang chakra was given to Sasuke. So this is a special case regarding Sasuke, he probably awakened it on his own after receiving the sage's yin chakra. His Rinnegan is almost like Kaguya's, just 3 tomoes short of it.

Anyways, to unlock the Mangekyou you don't need to try and kill your closest friend. Itachi unlocked his mangekyou by just seeing Shisui die. Obito unlocked his through sheer feelings of not wanting to die and wanting to protect rin and kakashi.
