I just told you. You had a problem with Kiba's personality of aggressiveness, tenacity, and general hotheadedness and, instead of arguing how his personality makes his dialogue flawed when put against Sasuke's intentions, brought up his personal strength instead, coming to the conclusion that, because Kiba is lesser in strength than Sasuke, his meaning as a whole is negligible; we should not care one bit about Kiba due to this.

It smells badly.

Kiba just said straight out what everyone was thinking. Relative power levels have nothing to do with it - Sasuke needed to hear how his actions affected his friends. With everyone tiptoeing around him, to afraid to say anything to get him too upset, it was good that Kiba had the guts to just blurt it out loud.

And let's not forget that Kiba put his life on the line to save Sasuke - twice! Once in arc 1, when Sasuke left the village; and second when he was on his way to fight with Itachi. What has Sasuke ever done for Kiba? Right.

Kiba's anger is completely justified.

Kiba only speaks out on behalf everyone else; he, like the others, is realistic about the Sasgey situation and was willing to put him down with the team if you don't remember.

One of the several reasons Sasgey is alive is because Sakura drugged them all before she set out to kill Sasgey.
