Sasuke gained permanent use of amaterasu and susanoo via Itachi's forehead poke. He used it vs Bee and Gaara with MS.

in order to transfer your techniques then you need to have user who is receiving the transfer to also have the sharingan

the only time it wasn't the case was for that Kakashi asspull that was temporary


but regardless if Sakura implants Sasuke's old eyes into her eye sockets or if Sasuke magically downloaded Sharingan tech into Sakura's mind via Google fiber the point of this thread is for Uchiha techs to which you learn not pass via genetics.

Most of which are non Sharingan techs but other Uchiha techs that are based on the Uchiha clan's history of moves like fireball, etc...


Sakura having a pink Susanoo still doesn't mean that all those Uchiha scrolls will be forever lost in history unless Sasuke does something about it

sure you can toss byakugou into the clan as well if you want

I never understood why the uchiha never transferred their knowledge via mugen since the Sharingan copies whatever it sees. It'd be a lot easier like Itachi Sama did with Sasuke, Madara did with Obito showing him things.
