He has a body soul transfer jutsu that last about 3 years and to be quite honest I'm not sure if he's even using someone elses body because last I checked he just jumped out of ankos curse mark and is not using her body at all.... Come to think of it.... Who's body is Orochimaru using?

And btw I know he jumped inside a zetsu but prior to that he just jumped out of Ankos mark. With no actual host.

It's a brand new body, but it's still the genuine Orochimaru.. Orochimaru is always within those with the Curse Mark.

You'd have to kill him (which almost nobody can do, comparatively speaking) then kill everyone with a Curse Mark. That's the only way Orochimaru can die.
