honestly we didn't see the full transplant of tobi giving sasuke itachi's eye's so we don't know if tobi gave sasuke some hype up uchicha power's and the senji trait. all sasuke needs is a senji trait which is easy because tobi has that trait plus three clone version's of the 1st hokage which is the founder of that trait he has yamato he has a clone version of the hokage and a alternate clone version which is zetsu which was created directly from the 1st hokage's blood cell so sasuke very much so call get the rinnagan i would hate it but maybe he needs it to keep thing's awesome of the battlefield

he already explained the rinnagan to the fan's more than once how many time';s do naruto has to explain this simple eye technique all you need to have is to be of uchiha or senji. next if you're uchiha you have to have the sharingan and a senji trait if you're a senji you have to have a uchiha trait giving or implanted in by blood or cell's plus a horrible situation or fight to unlock it. but it come's at a high risk you can lost your life behind it like nagato did and as well as the sage of six path. so if sasuke or naruto get's it than it's most likely that sasuke going to die because he doen't have the chakra to keep it up for long and knowing sasuke naruto will make sasuke over use it casing him to die. unlike sasuke naruto has muti-transformation to go off of if the rinnagan get's to him plus naruto is a senji so he has ALOT of chakra plus nine-tail's chakra plus sage mode which use's the area around him to make him super strong as long as he stay's still of course. you now have been informed now read the book's :hypertobi:

I never said "sasuke was the same as madara" where did you get that from? Sasuke is a main character and by plot no jutsu should surpass madara. The nine tails clearly stated sasuke's chakra was similar to madara's own, madara's chakra was exceptional powerful even among the uchiha clan... In other words, He wasn't comparing sasuke's chakra to the uchiha's chakra in general... It was indeed obvious that he was comparing sasuke's chakra to madara's.
And wtf! Sasuke and Madara isn't the only Uchiha the nine tails have seen, i bet the nine tails has lived longed enough to see as many uchiha as he can...(since he knew about the so6p) And no matter what i or any other person says, haters are gonna hate just get a life.

It might just be me but I've never seen how to get the rinnengan in the manga? also if sasuke gets the rinnengan he doesn't have to just use those, his EMS or normal sharingan would be less chakra consuming
