Naruto isn't the type to steal a body part of someone else, as for Naruto gaining Sasuke DNA, I believe Hagoromo doesn't want that. Hagoromo doesn't want Indra to get Ashura chakra, don't see why Hagoromo would want Ashura to get Indra Chakra.

Sasuke has the chakra levels and the body, Sage is a technique anyone with a lot of chakra and strong body can do.

The fact that Sasuke could be Naruto team when Naruto, Sai, Sakura and Yamato was there shows Sasuke is more than capable. Lets not forget that Sasuke powered up further since then.

My comment was meant more as why would Kishi take away unique aspects of each character, Sasuke representing ying with powerful eyes and Naruto representing yang with a strong body.

By your logic, you're saying any body that take in SO6P's chakra will awaken the rinnegan. Which ain't true....well you're half right. Obito temporary gave his Uchiha/S06P's chakra to kakashi.

But if that's the case, then Saskue shouldn't have Indra's chakra due to Madara's rinnegan is Indra and ashura's chakra and was still existing in the world before Sasuke was born....

But if that's true, then we're saying Indra's chakra is laid in the user's eyes.....

But if that's true, then Sasuke and Madara was never Indra's reincarnation. It was Itachi and izuna who were Indra's reincarnation.
