The fact that all an attack supposed to pierce something did was push him back speaks for itself.

Why did Sasuke first went behind Naruto and then made a chidori ?? (This allowed Naruto to turn around and somehow dodge chidori)
And why didn't Sasuke use rikudou Chidori ??

Y'all are making it seem as if his range is only a few meters, when it's actually much more than that. Range isn't a problem.

Ameno wouldn't work on Naruto and it's PIS that it did. Naruto already reacted to Kaguya's teleportation technique and dodged easily.

Kishimoto had to give Sasuke the benefit of the doubt with the technique. Regardless, he can't land a killing blow with it and just leaves himself exposed with the CD for a Kairiki Musou strike to the head.

1. Because he couldn't do it whilst facing naruto. That's why he had to "disract" him with that fire technique and even then Naruto defended against the attack.

2. What the hell is a rikudo chidori?
