I said "most of the times", mostly throughout the whole war, he just used it, and it never did anything, it used against madara, it was useless, against obito, it was useless, against kaguya, it was useless, hell even against kabuto it was useless, and its probably because its a "One hit kill" type of justu, so that's why its never affective, plus he still has fire style justu

ot: I liked Sasuke more during his Hebi days when he used different Chidori components. His Enton has gotten way better, even from the latest chapter so I think he should have it.
