Mei who I consider to be the weakest kage gave sasuke trouble in MS, now that he has EMS he could probably kill her one on one but he isnt more powerful then any of the other kage. Him and A might be evenly matched now, A would soak an amaterasu and sacrafice himself to kill sasuke once and for all. Gaara's absolute defense can protect against susanoo arrows and amaterasu not to mention sasuke can be pulled out of his susanoo and then crused under the desert's worth of sand that gaara can control on a whim. Onoki can kill sasuke with dust release without a doubt and tsunade would punch through susanoo and then bitch slap him to death. Amaterasu doesnt mean anything if her cells are constantly regenerating even though tsunade might die. Sasuke would have trouble with the kages one on one all 5 of them would absoloutly destroy him. EMS isnt what makes edo madara strong, its mukuton, rinnegan, unlimited chakra, and regeneration WITH EMS. Fighting edo madara isnt fighting madara, its like fighting nagato, madara and hashirama combined all with the regeneration capabilities of tsunade.
