I think it's quite clear that Sasuke will get the Perfect Susano'o form. Madara did say that only Bijuus care be on the same level as it, so BM Naruto and Sasuke with Perfect Susano'o should be equals.

I think EMS is quite powerful.. Have you not yet seen what Madara's Perfect Susano'o could do?? Imagine the power of Susano'o that of the Ultimate Villian: Sasuke.. I think his power will be Quite awesome without Rinnegan now that he doesn't have to hold Back.. With Rinnegan he would be too much Of a Bada**. It would be cool if he got it as well. Though I think otherwise.

dude madara is edo and has umlimited chakra, sasuke is human and using perfect susanoo will no doubt tire him out, meanwhile naruto has so much of the fox chakra at his disposal plus the other tail beasts chakra too

I dont think edo has infinite chakra, as they are still bound by their human limitations: see the mifune and salamander fight, u will see salamander paralysed by poison. Doesnt it mean the human limitation still apply?
