Considering how Kage Bunshin works, it isn't useful against high tier characters imo. Can Sasuke really afford to half his reserves to make something that goes away in 1 hit?

2. It has a Sharingan to dodge any attack
3. Sasuke easily has the chakra to half his reserves and be just fine. Itachi was doing it with ease and his chakra<<<<<<<<<<Sasuke's
4. It could be very useful for Bunshin feints and Ameno. Rinnegan techs being used by 1 while Sasuke uses his normal abilities and EMS abilities.

1. They burst, but the attack needs to be powerful enough. Hard to hit an attack that packs a punch vs a Sharingan user

2. Madara used 25 Mokuton Bunshins. Itachi used Bunshin feints to assist his deceitful fighting style, not to set up prep time attacks. So again, Bunshin feints would be more than powerful for Sasuke given his arsenal and how Ameno works.

3. Itachi used Shadow clones too for feints. Sometimes he used Karasu but that doesn't change anything.

4. Yes, which is my whole point, no? Useful, I never said it will become his 1 shot technique.

Lol @ ppl debating Sasuke not having reserves for shadow clones. People seem to forget half of the chakra of the sage. Indra descedenat genetically born with greater reserves, who has enough reserves manifest his chakra greater than that of the Kyuubi jinchuriki. Not to mention surpassing the Madara that is believed by the smartest person in the manga.

Almost everyone in the series knows Kage bunshin..

It's a waste for him to use it anyway. He doesn't have the reserves for it if he wants to use the rest of his kit.

The guy can jump through dimensions, making clones is child's play.

1 - It depends upon their stamina.

2 - Madara never knew Kage Bunshins till the end of his career. They were invented by Tobirama. His mastery over them is highly questionable, when Tobirama couldn't maintain more than one clone himself while he moved.

3 - Itachi clones are very similar to Kage Bunshins.

4 - Necessary? No. Useful for tricks? Yes. Given how clever Sasuke is, I can't see how they cannot be.

Also, did you actually state above that Sasuke would be in trouble Chakra wise if he used KBs? You can't be serious. When 1) he has half of Hogoromo's chakra, 2) his CC is at the Sage's level, 3) his chakra is extremely powerful and 5) he is already shifting dimensions with no repercussions. But KBs break his back? Yeah, okay.
