Are you willing to accept that Sakura is probably going to help Shin?
Honestly, you are really stupid if you think that she will outright help him. Sakura does not forgive easily, especially if someone plays with the people she cares for, or did you forget her punching Sai for talking shit about Sasuke. And, that was her reaction for mere talking and this time Shin targeted both Sasuke and Sarada with the intention to kill (or let’s not exaggerate, maybe just injure). Plus, I would say that Shin (the father) just made a huge mistake by making Sakura to do the surgery. He is now at her disposal and we know that she is capable of doing something that might take longer to take its effect. After all, she is at least very skilled with using poison. And, there might be a number of possibilities of what she can really do to him.
Edit: Or she might just figure out his weak spot by working on his body, for she is also capable of noticing things that only a skilled medical-nin would be able to notice. After all, his body obviously holds many secrets as to how his techniques work.
Sasuke cares more about Naruto than his own wife. Lol

Haven't you considered the fact that it was his ego that brought on that facial expression? Sasuke's ego is so big that he is offended by the sheer fact that someone just made a fool of him and used his own weapon to strike his friend. Sasuke is known as a person that has a huge pride in his own abilities and also a person that never shows his own feelings out on the open. When it comes to fighting he always openly expresses his annoyance or anger, but when it comes to his inner feelings (matters of the heart), he just keeps them to himself. If this chapter wasn't proof enough for you, then I don't know if you'll ever learn to see the obvious things that Kishi always lays out in the open. It was obviously hard for Sasuke to even express his feelings for Sarada and he without a doubt cares a lot for her since he played the part of a human shield for her sake. He only ever did that for Naruto and Sakura in the past.
