What is this happens
tobi takes beast from naruto and bee..and bee die but naruto didn't die(uzumaki dudes are way too awesome example:kushina)
at the time sasuke arrives to the war zone and sees naruto very tired,weak and he wants to kill naruto but he wants to do it at his full power(naruto at full power) so..he kills tobi and madara and he seals kiyuubi to naruto again and then the fight begins with naruto and sasuke
what do you say?this might happen!

Exactly, Sasuke doesn't know anything about sealing jutsus so far. He barely even saw any, let alone have any idea of how to use one...
So NO it won't happen.... but who knows maybe Kishi gave Sasuke sealing powers, no training, no research, no teacher... he just got them like that xd

For this to happen Sasuke has to be able to beat Tobi who would now be in possession of all the tailed beasts. Given that Bee and Naruto have just been beaten by him, this doesn't seem likely unless he gets badly injured.
