Sasuke sealed 9 Bijuus with 1 Rinnegan, WTF?

Okay, what exactly happened with Sasuke's Rinnegan Shift and now he has the power with only one eye to seal all the Bijuus into Chibaku Tensei, however Nagato and Madara used two Rinnegan to use it rather than Sasuke who used it very quikcly.

Did I just miss something, or is it just me?

Tomoed rinnegan dosent come in pairs,it comes in only one eye,normal rinnegan and below come in pairs
