Sakura didn't hate him, she thought she could kill him but when push came to shove realising she was still in love with him she didn't have it in her, in the event that Sasuke is able to return to the village he'll eventually have to settle down and start a family, who knows? Maybe Sasuke will eventually have a complete personality change.
