Sasuke jutsu is better in every way not only can he swap places with any object that he can see, he can transport himself to any location within a certain 100 meter radius ( for now)

Technically he swap places with minato Kunai, meaning that he can attack him within an instant intercepting his ftg at every turn .

Sasuke has also shown that he can't teleport through dimension if a opening is created

Even though it has a cool down time it doesn't seem to use much chakra , so it can be used amoungst other jutsu
In a combo attack

The reason it's better then Kumui is simple , Kumui creates an opening into the users dimension . And it's that opening that leave them open to attack . If sasuke uses his jutsu at the same time obito uses Kumui .he use Ameratsu to burn everything inside Kumui .



I I would also like to say it's early days for sasuke I with his new jutsu . Once he has masterd it , it will have no cool down or limits meaning sasuke can go whoever he want in an instant

Sasuke can already use his technique to full capacity. I mean obito mastered his kamui a few minutes after awakening it, why can't sasuke. I also don't know where you got the 100 meter range from.

we really cant tell if he is using it to the fullest, the first susanoo he used was rip cage susanoo, that didnt mean it was done. We have to wait on Kishi for that

Sasuke's tech is top tier in the S/T dept no doubt, but it isn't superior in every way. Let's break it down using feats we've actually seen him do and not just assuming yr can do whatever:

Range: Sasuke's jutsu has a limited range at the moment unlike FTG where Minato/Tobirama can pretty much teleport wherever they left a mark. Sasuke cannot swap places with either the ninja or the mark if he cannot see them. In the case of Kamui, Obito has his own dimension to hide in but teleport others he has to be at close range so FTG beats both in the range department.

Speed: Sasuke's jutsu wins in this department. He doesn't require a seal in order to swap so their is no need to throw a marked kunai somewhere in order to teleport. Kamui seems instantaneous when Obito phases though he needs to actually make contact with his opponent in order to Kmui them unless we are talking double Kamui Obito in which case in speed, Kamui arguably wins out over FTG and Sasuke's S/T jutsu.

Efficiency: Sasuke can only use his jutsu a set number of times then the tomei in his Rinnegan begin to vanish, he then needs time to recharge it as we've seen him do several times. FTG seems only limited by the number of marked Kunai Minato is carrying, though I am unsure if there is a limit to the amount of Kunai that can be marked and teleported to so the efficiency of both jutsu comes down to the user in this case, Minato/Obito win out.

Overall I would say the 3 are roughly even. As they all have their strengths and weaknesses. It really comes down to the ninja wielding them and their battle prowess.

Kamui >>> FTG and Sasuke techs. Kamui needs no seal and it can be used in multiple ways while Ftg can only be used to evade and blitz. Sasuke tech has cool down time after one usage and it's range isn't even far. Kamui has no cool down time can warp to any area and it can warp people and other objects.

But then again this all depends on what we exactly are referring to in the comparison. Cast time? Range? Effectiveness? All three jutsu ( as someone has already said) has it's pros and cons.
