I have a thought about karin and her uzumaki clan that is related to the senju. When bee fought with sasuke he almost killed him and sasuke had to suck blood from Karìn or what ever he does when he bites her. Well in that case he might have some uzumaki Dna and because it's related to the senju he might be able to awaken the rinnengan.
