Sasuke Rinnegan's Only ability

Why can't he use shinra tense and other rinnegan techniques. It would be very useful in his fight. Proof of other techniques if any.

I like his technique but yeah he needs more, S/T jutsu is not enough for a godly eye of all eyes.

Why are you assuming he cant use them ?
He hasn't said that and nothing has hinted at such.
The guy isn't going to bust out random justu and thrown them at kaguya to see what sticks.
He is going to use what is called for and analyze her actions so he can retaliate.
Not to mention that a few chapters in he was chucked into a desert,so explain to me how using any of the known rinnegan abilities will get you out of a dimension ?

But its obvious why and Madara was the same when he only had one eye. He could only use limbo.
Like any other eye it has the same requirements...two eyes to unlock full potential.

The juubi's eye being sasuke's regular eye sockets will/should give sasuke an entirely new forehead doujutsu if you can see.
