Ashura + Indra= Standard Rinnengan, Sasuke's Rinnengan isn't standard
Yin+Yang=Sage's power In'youton as with Izanagi

Even if Hashirama isn't Ashura any more he is still the strongest of Ashura's descendants to date. (You also need Senju DNA just to utilize rinnengan) Descendants inherits powers from their predecessors so Hashirama's cells could still function as power from Ashura to a point.

Indra+Ashura+Sage's yin might just = tomoe Rinnengan
