I disagree. I think it is simply Suigetsu in front of Sasuke. The person has bare feet, just as Suigetsu does in the previous scene with him running towards Sasuke alongside Karin, Jugo and Oro. I am interested in seeing how he is revived. He has had access to Uzumaki chakra and Senju chakra through Karin and Jugo respectively. It will be interesting.
