1- There is time delay before he wants to use his S/T technique that can be seen at instances like when they both(with Naruto) try to stop BZ in reviving Kaguya

2- If he could he would have done it latest chapter instead of running to try to reach a range for his teleportation

3- I'm taking into account the prep time of the jutsu usage here. Clearly the charge time makes it slower in usage than Hiraishin

4- We don't see Minato teleporting to his markings everytime he does the technique, doesn't mean he can without them. There was no need for him to swap with Sakura's suit if he could teleport without swaping

5- It's a swaping technique that requires 2 people/things

It all sounded legit until the general teleporting part. I do not believe he can freely teleport within his radius without swapping with something. We will need more explanations on it, because last chapter leads me to think he has to swap.

You're wrong about the first two cases you put. (This is making your point wrong, it's just to clarify things)

He did not teleport himself and Naruto to Madara. Naruto and Sasuke turned to each other with nothing in between them. They were about to strike each other with a Chidori and Rasengan respectively, but then Sasuke teleported Madara right between them. Same with Kaguya. After Naruto punched Kaguya, Naruto stayed in place. Then he turned around and went to attack Sasuke, and Sasuke going to attack Naruto, but then Sasuke used his Rinnegan on Kaguya to teleport her in between them.

So in actuality, Sasuke has shown that he can only swap himself with other things (Only instance he used on himself was with the sword that stabbed Madara, and the jacket) and teleport people wherever he pleases (when he teleported Madara and Kaguya between him and Naruto)

He actually hasn't shown to be capable of teleporting himself without the need of swapping with something else, so that might be a downer.

Those are simply instances before the techniques explanation. Similar to how we thought naruto was the one who got ash boned 2 chapters ago. Kishi hides the mechanics of abilities to keep it interesting. Why would he swap places with a random object if he can freely teleport at any time.

10 reasons why Minato's S/T technique is better than Sasuke's

1- Sasuke's S/T has a charge time unlike Minato's
2- Sasuke can't spam his technique unlike Minato
3- Minato's S/T technique is faster than Sasuke's
4- Sasuke needs an object for the warping when all Minato needs is a connection with a seal/chakra
5- Sasuke can only switch between 2 people/objects when Minato can switch dozens of people/things as long as they are connected to him/his chakra
6- Minato can teleport without switching unlike Sasuke
7- Minato has no range limit for his teleportation when Sasuke's swaping technique is for short range usage
8- Minato can mark you for life and would teleport there everytime he wants regardless of the distance unlike Sasuke who always has to struggle about the range
9- Minato can redirected attacks to far away distances unlike Sasuke
10- Minato can teleport thousands of people at the same time when Sasuke is limited to 2

Bonus Minato doesn't need borrowed powers from godlike figures to have better teleportative jutsu than Sasuke
