[Theory] Sasuke Rinnegan Question

We saw Sasuke's rinnegans ability. Some say its teleport, some say its Izanagi or what ever.

In one panel Sasuke had 9 tomoes, in another he had 6 tomoes, in another he closed his rinnegan eye.Some people say its draw error but i dont think it is the case. So whatever jutsu is that it wastes 3 tomoes in each use than requires some cooling time like some machine guns in video games.I know sh*tty example but deal with it. So he has 3 shots of that jutsu for each 3 tomoes than his eyes loses its power for a short time than regains those tomoes. What do you think ?

It just has 6 tomoe. From the chapter: Sasuke's Rinnengan onward the number has always either kept at 6 or Kishi forgets to draw them at all.

In the chapter: "We Will" Sasuke is shown with 9T only when his eye is compared to Naruto's jacket, but not the page before. IMO this is because both of Sasuke's eyes have a portion of the 9T sharingan's power. The more prominent one (Rinnengan) has 6 while his sharingan has 3.

Anyway the number seems stagnant so I doubt it costs tomoe

There is obviously 9 tomoe in total, he was shown with 3 rings, each ring having 3 tomoe. 3x3=? Oh yeah thats right, 3x3=9. Don't believe the fools saying he has 6.
