It's impossible to tell at the moment due to the new things introduced in the series.

Scientific Ninja Tech will probably have a hand in it and those things are pretty powerful/useful when you consider the various abilities it can grant users. Not to mention that we have seen unique abilities that can even overpower a regeneration factor of unknown power via flames and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

I really hope if Naruto and Sasuke end up fighting against powerful enemies they use their full power in return and don't get taken out with ease.

Boruto is airing a normal arc while dragon ball super is airing an arc that has been forshadowed since forever .It's like boruto aired its Kawaki arc. so yeah i understand why NOW dragon ball super has more love. But in conclusion boruto when it reaches its big arc ain't nothing gonna compare to that
