Sasuke Rinnegan plot hole/fail??

So I searched for this and was unable to find it, I'm sure I'm not the only person here to say

If sasuke has the Rinnegan, and able to use all 6 paths, why doesn't he use the asura path to grow another arm.. Lol

Nagato grew an arm out of his neck, I'm sure sasuke could replace tht arm, wouldn't it be awesome for him to have a robotic arm? Lol

To do that Sasuke need to continuously activate his Rinnegan power.

Edit: If he stop channeling Asura Path power to his body, that arm will disappear/not activate

What makes you think he even wants to have his arm back? He refused it when they offered him one in Konoha.

That's a great point, but like previous posters said I'm starting to think he doesn't want the other arm, because If he has the power activate his rinnegan powers to get another arm, why would he NEVER do it?
