He doesn't even know his clan that well.. He only knows the one side to them, he's been going on about his clan since he was around 13 years of age, and not even his Dad spoke to him. Sasuke didn't even know his clan that well, he knew nothing about them apart from the fact he thought they were nice strong people.

Let's be realistic, if he brings them back... They will continue their arrogance and Naruto will be forces to put them down.

There is no change that he will revive his clan, unless he has baby's who later have kids ect ect... Thus, increasing the growth rate of the clan other time.

I think he was having very less power and chakra.

Or he can also create a harm, put the women in genjutsu, plow them, then when the babies are born he can beat the crap out of them to know which ones will develop sharingan. The rest can be disposed of. Best strategy.
