Unconscious Lee w/weights on was casually dealing with this guy in CQC , and this guy needed outside help from a toddler to even react to and keep up with an unconscious Lee within his own mist lol. Drunken Lee dame near solo'd him even when the dude was covered in Raiton . 3rd Gate Lee destroys him neg/low diff just based on that. 5G Lee creampies neg diff.
-KN0 Naruto wreks him by himself w/o clones or Rasengan. Base Naruto wreks him using clone army the same way he finished him in his own arc, TWICE.
Base Naruto even outspeeded this guy and blitzed w/Rasengan. Dude had to get revived by Ranmaru after facing Base Naruto 1 v 1.
Heck w/o his Raiton attacks even Tenten solos him in cqc.

Lee fought Raiga and was saved from death 3 times by the curry of life. the weights did not change anything. in the end naruto had to save him.
