Sasuke releasing kurama to fight naruto

Do you think later in the fight he is going to parallel madara and use kurama with his perfect sussano? This would also be a handicap for naruto cause he doesn't wanna hurt kurama.

Kurama won't be able to do anything to naruto. All naruto has to do is use the hermit rod and pin kurama down and proceed to fight sasuke. Besides I don't think sasuke will use PS in this fight because he know naruto won't have much trouble breaking it. He will probably purely use rinnegan techniques

Releasing Kurama would just give Naruto and opportunity to use charka arms to absorb the other half of Kurama.
