Sasuke really still have the orochimaru cursed seal?

We know that when sasuke fight with Itachi,itachi extract with totsuka sword the orochimaru chakra power from sasuke .
but when sasuke fight with danzo ,sasuke activate again his cursead seal,my question is how sasuke still have the orochimaru cursed seal,when we know that itachi ,,clean sasuke ,, in totality with totsuka sword.
Its possible that the orochimaru curesed seal still remain in sasuke,even after itachi extract orochimaru and his chackra and power from sasuke?
