Ok I admit he was a good leader, but some of the shit he did in the past was lowkey Danzo, dude was responsible for the death of Neji's father and was most likely one of the people involved in Uzumaki extermination

As far as the Neji's dad thing, it was what it was. You're supposed to get in conflict with ninjas of other villages, comes with the territory. Not his fault the Hyuga's have a weird slave system going on in their own family. As far as the Uzumaki thing, we just don't know what happened their, it's almost as weird as the Senju just "Disappearing" in a few generations. Hell, they could retcon it to make so that a Otsutsuki took them out.

Nah man, working with Deidara is ok, but working with Danzo is the equivalent of working with Orochimaru, those type of dudes know no limit or shame and have no concept of honour unlike the other bad guys, I wouldn't work with them for shit and if I did it's because I would plan to kill them afterwards

You can't blame the Hyuuga. The Raikage literally broke all nation violation and stated he was coming to Konoha to sign a peace treaty, lowering their guard and being the kidnapper of a kid himself.

Him and Danzo are objectively bad in a world like the NV where a literal black goo monster is manipulating a cycle of hatred.

You're not wrong, he is a true embodiment of the world of the ninja. But you're saying that like it's a good thing. The existence of ninja is a generational trap of manipulation and savagery.

The militarised ninja system is objectively wrong with the presence of BZ and every smart ninja from Itachi to Shikamaru to Minato understood that the way of the ninja had to be abolished.

The branch away from Samurai is shinobi which is the exact opposite.. Samurai is about honor & discipline (Bushido) Shinobi/ninja are about deception, any means to get the job done for ones goals or clan..

Is he a true embodiment? He is a good embodiment of a caricatural, corrupt dictator given that he was hunkered down in a safe space, whilst Tsunade and civillian and his comrades died out in the streets. He admitted that he wanted Konoha's reign. Or the fact that he funded Orochimaru got the leader killed. I am not sure where people get this 'true Shinobi' thing from for Danzo.
