Awakened eye means using his original eye to change into a new form. That's awakening

A gift is to use other person's eye with its dna and stick it in your own eye socket. Prove to me in any way sasuke now has so6p's DNA

Some abilities come with restrictions/conditions. For example Obito can't phase through objects and attack, Rasengan is close range,sharingan doesn't allow you to see behind you, FTG needs a seal to teleport to a location and Obito can't use kamui continously for more than 5 minutes. Those are set conditions and won't change no matter how much you train. Sasuke's limited range well be like that.

That's why I said there's no room for improvement after 20 seconds training if his range is as its maxed

Without training:

1. His jutsu is instant

2. Doing it with ease(losing tomes is misconception, he lost or gain tomes without doing anything)

3. No seal, no delay

Basically perfect already on his term
