Did Sasuke really use his Sharingan first when he was 8, or is that just an anime filler? I don't remember seeing it.
Also, what's going on with him? Has he entered the battle yet, or is he still recovering from his eye transplant thing?

No that was 2nd tomoe he first unlocked it after Itachi beat the shit out of him during the massacre.

No it was during the Uchiha clan massacre.He first awakend it at the age of seven,one tomoe. He did reactivate it during the battle with Haku.

Plus Itachi awaken his at seven/ eight years old,too.

So, Sasuke didn't activate his Sharingan right after the Uchiha Massacre. He got it during his fight with Haku.

Sasuke first awakened the sharingan during the Uchiha massacre. He's also already on the battlefield as shown here.

No,there was a manga showing he awaken it during the Uchiha Massacre.
But they remove it so it won't miss up the story for people that read the manga/watch the anime. Cause they will say "oh so in the manga he unlocked it at an early age like itachi but in the anime show him only awaken it during the battle with Haku, wtf"...I go by the manga and I say he first awaken it during the massacre.

Actually they do show it in the anime, they show him awakening it in vague flashbacks of the uchiha massacre when, i think, sasuke is trying to find naruto because he just found out that itachi is after naruto. Point is that there is an episode where they briefly show him at 8, facing his brother with a single tomoe sharingan. However, he may or maynot have forgotten due to the influence of itachi's sharingan, therefore he doesnt reactivate it for about four years.

And yeah, sasuke is out there somewhere on the battlefield dishing out hell.
