Everyone thinks sasuke used perfect susanoo because he was able to fuse it with the nine tails but i dont think so because you must remember naruto only has half tje nine tails but when madara used it he had the full nine tails so it was bigger...would that not mean that half of the nine tails would have a regular susanoo attached to it

Nope, since it had no charasteristics of other Susanoo levels, but had all charasteristics of PS. That PS that Sasuke used was just smaller than Madaras.
