I don't think the actual Susanno itself is as big... but size isn't everything.

The mobility of Sasuke's Susanno stomps ANY Susanno. He's got more variety, with the Amaterasu, Bow and Swords. Not to mention that as seen in the last chapter, the sheer destructive force of his slashes are beyond any other Susanno slash.

Wut? He was slashing multiple rocks so obviously he will need more slashes. Sasuke is slashing rocks that are bigger than what madara slashed so for now he has the better feat, theres no need to deny.
