Sasuke alway Master every elemental jutsu from no sharingan (Fire release variation ) ,Base sharingan(Lightning release variation )and Ms (amaterasu variation) .Current we have not seen what EMS have to offer.However Sasuke got Itachi eyes which had a high affinity to genjutu ,as a result itachi master Tsukyomi.
Since Sasuke is good at manipulated jutsu why he have not manipulated Tsukyomi or genjutsu?Do u think the rumor of Sasuke slowing down time is a genjutsu manpulation?Kishimoto focus on Izanagi (illusion on oneself) and Izamai (illusion on someone else) with Sasuke during his past battles against Danzo and Kabuto.It was stated that the uchiha clan created Izamai to counter Izanagi ,this mean uchiha clan can create jutsu.Therefore if Sasuke use both izanagi and izamai to control everything he will be able to control time and reality.

MS itself was intended as IWIN eyes but u go blind after 2 life or death fights.
