While I agree that Naruto will probably avoid a death blow initially if they were to fight now Naruto would probably be pushed to eventually stop holding back.

Besides we are still far away from the fight so who knows what will happen between then and now. But as for the moment even holding back I doubt Naruto would have to much trouble with Sasuke.

Yes they are fighting for a while Madara was earlier trying to capture Naruto. If Madara could control the 9 tails while its Working With Naruto willingly he would have done it already.
