It's basically 100% confirmed. Look at the movie, Sasuke's giving Naruto parenting lessons by slapping some sense into Boruto. This is the same kid who cusses Naruto out on a daily basis, yet Sasuke is confirmed to be his "master". Kids respect authority and we all know Sasuke's the only one capable of disciplining Boruto.
