Sasuke will ditch Susano'o and focus all the Chakra within his body in the diamond and create wings. he will ascend the like's of God Susano'o.
I honestly believe it has something to do with Sage mode and/or Hagoromo's hermit power.

Sasuke with a Diamond on his head and wings. I think it'll increase his speed and power. The first time Sasuke entered CM2 (Which was a imperfect sage mode) he reacted on it and he started to grow wings and gained a black chidori.
What's interesting about this is that, his Chidori appeared to be black at the first time of entering this new sage mode.
and right here Sasuke said '' Ill add the six path power too''
Which means he might have acces to Hermit power, I think with the power of the S06P + Susano'o chakra he
might gain a tengu like transformation and gain wings once again.
If you have some free time you could look up history of the tengu, which is pretty similair to Sasuke with things that happened with him.
Such as wings, Being possesed and thus awakening Perfect susano'o. etc.
