The only way I could believe that Sasuke is possessed is if Kaguya was too, if it turns out that is the eyes power that drives them into madness then I can see Sasuke being possessed by it. However the Zetsu is a no

Cant even begin to tell you why that is so wrong.

It has nothing to do with the the themes in the manga and for sasukes development which is all about the curse of hatred

that makes sasuke a puppet/undermine the themes and would be a rehash of what just happened
not to mention black zetsu and kaguya are in another dimension so black zetsu can't even get there to help unseal a mother that is also not there
