lol. So Sasuke knocked up Karin and when she died, managed to convince Sakura to take care of the child? Maybe Sakura gave an ultimatum "Only if you marry me". What do you think?
It's interesting that Sarada is half Uchiha, half Uzumaki. She is even more Uzumaki than Bolt. No red hair tho, so I'm not expecting her to be able to use the chakra chains.
Personally, I think he may have had a one night stand with Karin then came back to Konoha and got married to Sakura. Then maybe suigetsu or juugo showed up with the child saying that it's his and that Karin passed away during birth.
