He didn't do much to Konoha. Though, out of courtesy he could apologize to Bee and Ay. . . I mean, if he can apologize to Karin. . .Certainly he could do so to Bee and Ay for attacking/Amaterasu'ing them.

But yeah, I don't think he really did much to harm Konoha sooo. . .

He should have flattened Konoha. It's about time it payed for its transgressions.

Except that they protected him and raised him, gave him shelter, and food. They could have left him to die on the streets but they didn't. They were willing to die for him, Kakashi was willing to fight Orochimaru to protect Sasuke.

He repayed Konoha with betrayal. He killed Danzo and joined Konoha's enemies.

So yeah he owes Konoha a apology, he should just hope Konoha forgives him rather then executes him, if I were in charge and someone had done what he has done I would have him or her executed and not lose a wink of sleep over it.
