I then select, wash, clean and prepare meat, veggies and tofu, beat some eggs and then peel, cut and dice the meat, veggies and tofu. I take 2/3 small hot red chillis and thinly chop them, add them to the ingredients as I cook them, add the noodles with its soup to the contents I've just cooked and...*
