To use the word "still" implies he could of beaten him before not only does the manga finally state that he could not do that giving the fact oro could not use his arms.Currently it would stil be a one sided fight because oro is still gathering his chakra at full power no sasuke can not beat him

Sasuke > Oro, at the very least, is a possibility. I'm talking about full power Oro vs full power Sasuke. There's no reason why it would be a slaughter. We've basically seen full powered Oro before, when he fought Sarutobi, and I gotta say, Sasuke would have a better chance, providing that Oro doesn't use Edo Tensei to revive previous kages.
