I'll go with saauke on character development wise. Obito wanted to destroy the world cause his crush died......sasuke hated the world cause his own home place made his own loving brother he idolized and looked up to, to murder their entire clan (if you watch the filler obito murdered the uchiha) now who has a more legit reason to hate? Saauke by far is better he went from cool and calculating and slowly found out the truth, turning him evil corrupting him ,until he met the kages making him from an antagonist to an anti hero not really evil not really good either. And he's steadily seeping back into it he's become a realist. Obito's crush died, he hates world kills multiple people no development until juubi arc which is understandable, he expresses his hatred good but still over your crush dying, then he turns good by mighty solo TNJ master Naruto then he rethinks this. Obito's life is like a a soap opera gone bad.
But obito as a character was pretty cool I really liked his personality not the dark one the savior one. He also has some charisma as he was able to get negatoo to join akatsuki, and the other members. And he almost negatively influenced Naruto if it wasn't for hinata. But in the end if you look at his motives ik it's cruel but dude your crush died like okay?
but obito as a character was interesting it's one thing to take revenge on he person that killed your crush that's actually legit but the world? Come on man changing the world cause a 14 year of girl died you are like 37 now bro.
