i was wondering part 1 sasuke and part 1 neji..who was COOLER AND WHY?...and in a fight who would win.

for me i think sasuke will win high diff thanks to curse seal(my opinion).but neji was cooler than sasuke though,respect to neji.

you are right,without cm there would be no power boost for sasuke.

I liked Neji more even though he was a prick.

yeah neji would have to use a forbidden tech to win against sasuke..sasuke cm makes his chakra as powerful as sagemode chakra.

CM2 Sasuke wins mid-high diff.

Sasuke was always cooler to me, didn't like Neji at all, only when he fought Kidomaru.

If it wasnt for CM, Neji would win though.

I guess Part 1 Chunin list would be:

1. Sasuke / Naruto
2. Naruto / Sasuke
3. Neji / Gaara
4. Gaara / Neji
5. Lee

Neji was an arrogant **** and Sasuke was a whiney emo **** but he was kinda cool sometimes in some ways.

As for the fight. That's tricky af. Sasuke wins because all it takes in the end is an uppercut from the ground. Otherwise I would have said Neji. He seemed to have no limit in the chuunin exams with his defencive twirl.

Watched Naruto vs. Neji recently. The defencive twirl negates any attack AND reflects the force from it back at the attacker so Sasuke would **** himself up with a CM chidori. Dat speed he's going is the speed he gets fired back once he hits the rotation. Initially I assumed it would pierce the roatation but merh...maybe...

Cooler? hav to go with neji due to the smooth nature of his fightin style , which is wat got me into the series in the first place.

In a fight , u would hav to consider that sasuke would hav "zero" intel on neji while neji knew pretty much everything about sasuke like his taijutsu style , CM activation and more due to his encounters with the sound nins.

Now if neji found sasuke at VOTE then logicaly neji would neg diff sasuke the moment cqc starts , or at least block a few chakra points early on preventing sasuke from usin his CM and chidori.

Sasuke would need to know from the start that cqc is not a wise move against this guy , which without intel he wont. His sharingan would never get a chance to mature to 3T and he would easily be brought back to konoha with all his tenketsu blocked.

If this is a fight , then sasuke wont instantly activate CM which would giv neji a clear advantage not to mention the fact that he has intel an can shut down CM2 with a single hit.

If sasuke instantly starts his CM2 from the start which he wont , then neji can surely still keep up due to how much he advanced in that arc , proven by his databook stats and feats.
A rotation vs chidori clash would end in neji's victory due to the fact that it knocks chakra away along with seein it knock away the juubi's tail.

So all in all due to intel nd their specific powers and personality , neji wins from low to ext high diff depending on the timin of his activation of CM.
